WARNING!

January 2012 - The  Club Quay is currently undergoing repairs and renovation. Some of the mooring posts are missing and the wooden quay side has been removed in some places. This means that part of the concrete underlying structure is exposed and may cause damage if you try to moor there.

This work is due to be completed by the end of February 2012.

The Walton Yacht Basin provides berths for around 60 boats. The basin is managed by the local yard Bedwell and Co for the Walton Yacht Trust.

There is generally 2 metres depth in the basin but the narrow entrance is only open approaching high water when there is about 2 metres over the sill. At neap tides there may not be enough depth outside for the gate to open.

Visitors should check in advance with Bedwells (01255 675873) for berthing and entrance arrangements.
