For those using The Backwaters, we have now made it easier to navigate Foundry Reach, which is the stretch of water leading from the junction of The Walton Channel and The Twizzle up to the Walton and Frinton Yacht Club and The Yacht Basin. We have marked the channel with buoys from The Spit (north cardinal) as far as the entrance to The Yacht Basin. We hope that this will encourage more visitors to our club and surrounding facilities. It should be remembered that navigating this creek is best done on a rising tide.
